Bloomberg Pledges To Defeat Donald Trump

Mike Bloomberg is the latest Democrat to join the crowded presidential primary.

The liberal, who markets himself as an “independent,” pledged to defeat Donald Trump and “rebuild the country and restore faith in the dream that defines us.”

He also vowed to raise taxes on the wealthy, expand government involvement in healthcare, implement gun control, and pursue climate change legislation (whatever that means).

The former mayor and successful businessman is perhaps best known for his New York City soda tax and running a fake news empire that is now spending quite a bit of time positively promoting the Bloomberg campaign.

He calls the 2020 race the “most urgent and important fight of our lives.
