The media played favorites from the beginning: Andrew Cuomo’s handling of New York made him a media darling. Ron Desantis in Florida became an enemy.

And it wasn’t just those two states (and their governors) who were set against each other. Article after article ran comparing those states who (over)reacted to Coronavirus cases with shutdowns, and those who did not.

This one chart proves that while the media focused on the “right” pro-lockdown response, they failed to acknowledge the actual data.
