BILL COSBY GOES FREE: New Court Ruling Is A Total Game-Changer For Former Star

Earlier today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled to overturn the sexual assault conviction of former star Bill Cosby.

The decision will allow Bill Cosby to be freed from prison after serving more than two years on a three-to-ten year term.

But the whole thing is due to a technicality…

The court did not rule Cosby innocent.

They just found that an agreement with a previous prosecutor should have prevented Cosby from being charged for the alleged drugging and molesting of a woman who filed in 2004.

This move will also prevent any future retrial in the case.
