Earlier this week, the Biden administration officially announced that the United States will require all international travelers coming in to be fully vaccinated and tested for COVID-19.

But they made an exception for illegal immigrants stopped at the border.

In an attempt to defend this decision, Jen Psaki bent over backward with the most random excuse.
