BREAKING: Biden Dishes The Details On His Plans For Russia

After arriving almost 90 minutes late for a press conference, Joe Biden dished the details on his plans for dealing with Russian aggression.

The speech lasted for less than 10 minutes and it was as slurry and gaffe-filled as can be expected. But here’s what we know:

• Biden is issuing economic sanctions on Russia and Russian oligarchs.
• He has pledged to stand with NATO for further action, even if it means committing troops for war.
• He has vowed that these sections may help us “avoid the worst.” 
• Americans “WILL PAY THE COST” through economic damage caused by the conflict.

It seems like Biden waited exactly TOO LONG to issue economic sanctions considering Russia has already ordered troops into Ukraine and expressed his view that these regions are now “independent.”
