BREAKING: What Did Bubba Wallace Do Now?

Published

on

At a race at the Las Vegas Motorspeedway for the South Point 400, infamous NASCAR driver, Bubba Wallace (red McDonald’s car), intentionally rammed into another driver in the race at about 180 miles per hour then proceeded to initiate a physical altercation with the other driver on the track.

Wallace, who is black, made headlines when he accused NASCAR fans of hanging a noose in his garage. Images of the “noose” revealed that it was almost certainly just a run of the mill garage pull and there was no evidence anyone had even threatened Wallace let alone left him a racially charged noose. The FBI, who got involved I guess instead of investigating the ongoing rape of U.S. Olympic gymnasts or the Epstein island, determined the garage pull had been on the garage door for years. Well before Wallace used the facility.

Wallace never apologized for his “mistake” (lie) and in fact doubled down on his victimhood saying at the time: “This will not break me, none of the allegations of being a hoax will break me or tear me down,” Wallace told CNN. “Will it piss me off? Absolutely. But that only fuels the competitive drive in me to shut everybody up.” Brave. His own lying will not break him.

He also refused to admit it was a noose in only the sense of the knot and not in the sense of a threat. He said:  “It was a noose that, whether tied in 2019 or whatever, it was a noose,” Wallace said. “It wasn’t directed at me, but somebody tied a noose, that’s what I’m saying. It is a noose.” 11 other garages had ropes tied in them as well in all different knots for functional purposes.

This time, Wallace did apologize since he could have, you know, killed someone AND he definitely assaulted someone on camera. Even with the apology, many are wondering how a racer would be allowed to continue in the sport where decisions like these can cost lives.

When Will Smith slapped a comedian at the Oscars, which was not remotely life threatening, he was banned from the Oscars for a period of time. When Kanye West did not do anything to jeopardize anyone’s life or safety and never committed any crimes, Twitter and his bank kicked him out. So why is Wallace getting a pass?
