LOL! This Judge Gave An Embarrassing Donation To Joe Biden

Judge Juan Merchan, the man in charge of the proceedings, has been caught making small donations to progressive groups and even Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign. That’s right, the same judge who is supposed to be impartial in this case has shown his true colors.

And get this, the donations were a measly $15 to Biden’s campaign, $10 to the Progressive Turnout Project, and $10 to its subsidiary political action committee called Stop Republicans. Pathetic, right? It’s almost like Judge Merchan is too cheap to really put his money where his mouth is.

Of course, the state court system is denying any knowledge of these donations belonging to the same Judge Merchan handling Trump’s case. But let’s be real here, there’s only one Juan Merchan listed in the directory of New York state’s trial judges, and he’s the one who presided over Trump’s arraignment and trial of the Trump Organization and its former CFO, Allen Weisselberg.

But before you start thinking that these small donations could be grounds for a serious legal challenge or recusal, think again. According to Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, they’re just not significant enough to warrant such action. But it does raise questions about whether Merchan supported the candidacy of Alvin Bragg, who campaigned on the Trump issue.
