BREAKING: Arizona Secretary of State BURIES Liberal Hopes to BLOCK Trump’s Return!

Well, well, well, liberals, your hopes and dreams just took a hit in Arizona!

Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes dealt a blow to the liberal agenda and RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) yesterday. He made it clear that he can’t manipulate the Fourteenth Amendment to prevent former President Donald Trump from running in the 2024 election.

The Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, specifically disqualifies individuals from holding office if they were involved in “insurrection or rebellion” against the United States. It’s no coincidence that from day one, the media and Democrats have been eager to label the events of January 6 as an “insurrection.”

Fontes had previously hinted that he might use this amendment to block Trump, but he had to face the music and admit that Arizona law doesn’t give him that power. He stated, “The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that there’s no statutory process in federal law to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, so you can’t enforce it.” He did, however, criticize the Arizona law, calling it “stupid.”

An August poll even showed that Trump is ahead of Biden in Arizona, leading 45% to 43% in a hypothetical 2024 matchup. It’s clear that the liberals are nervous, and they don’t believe they can win this election through legitimate means. So, brace yourselves, folks, because they’ll likely pull out all the stops to keep Trump off the ballot in 2024. Their desperation knows no bounds!
