The Swifties Are Showing Up For Jason Kelce And It’s NICE!
There has been a lot of stupid debate about the value-add of Taylor Swift’s presence at NFL games. One of the consequences of her dating Chief’s tight end, Travis Kelce, has been an increase in brand new female football fans particularly those following the Chiefs and all things Kelce including his famous brother Jason Kelce who recently announced (all though – actually apparently he didn’t) his retirement after 12 years playing center for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Jason Kelce has received warm well wishes from the millions of NFL fans all over the country and particularly in Philadelphia but Taylor Swift’s army of loyal fans who have recently adopted the NFL and the Kelce’s also jumped in to support Jason as he ends his long and celebrated career including a pretty funny and supportive meme of the footage of Jason crying during his last game.
Whether you like them or not, the Swifties are loyal and supportive. Jason Kelce deserves as much fan love as he can get, including from new fans brought to the table by his brother’s famous girlfriend. Here is some of their best work:
