ALL ABOUT Biden’s Controversial Last-Minute Pardons

Published

Joe Biden left the presidency in a flurry of shady paperwork, issuing morally dubious pardons that stunk of self-preservation and political favoritism. Hours before Donald Trump retook the reins as President, Biden gave a free pass to some of the most controversial figures of his administration, his family, and his anti-Trump allies.

Let’s break it down:

Dr. Anthony Fauci—Pardoned after years of dodging accountability for flip-flopping on masks, dismissing the lab-leak theory, and playing fast and loose with gain-of-function research. The so-called “expert” on COVID got his get-out-of-jail-free card before the history books could have their say.

General Mark Milley—The man who allegedly held back-channel talks with the Chinese Communist Party during the Trump administration. If you’ve ever wondered what “betrayal” looks like in a dictionary, it might just feature Milley’s mug.

The J6 Committee & Friends—Biden’s pardon spree extended to the entire January 6th propaganda squad, including Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, who built careers off smearing Trump and MAGA supporters. Even the Capitol Police who testified got a free pass, ensuring their loyalty came at a price.

The Biden Family Band—James Biden, Sara Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John Owens, and Francis Biden all got pardons while questions swirled around their shady dealings in Ukraine and China. Nepotism much? Oh, but don’t worry, they probably did nothing wrong.

And Hunter Biden? A blanket pardon weeks earlier for any and all sins since 2014. Biden once criticized Trump for even considering preemptive pardons. Guess it’s different when it’s your family’s scandals on the line.

In total, Biden issued over 4,300 pardons and commutations—a number that dwarfs Trump’s 238 and even overshadows Obama’s 1,900+. For a man who claimed in 2020 that preemptive pardons set a dangerous precedent, Biden seems to have set a record-breaking one.

President Trump summed it up perfectly during his Oval Office press conference:
“That makes him look very guilty. I said, ‘If I do that, it will make me look very guilty.’ It’s [an] unbelievable precedent it creates for a president.”

Biden’s farewell flurry of pardons isn’t just suspicious—it’s a glaring indictment of his administration’s priorities. The man who promised transparency and accountability leaves behind a legacy of cronyism and hypocrisy.

As he slinked out the door, Biden made one thing abundantly clear: rules are for everyone else.
