DEI Is DEAD at Disney!? Why This Is Another Big Win In the Culture War!

The woke spell has been broken! Disney is officially pulling the plug on its disastrous diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, proving once again that Americans are sick of corporate virtue-signaling—and that Trump’s election win is already delivering results.

According to an internal memo from Disney’s HR chief Sonia Coleman, the company is scrapping its so-called “Reimagine Tomorrow” initiative (a.k.a. “Reimagine Profits Going Up in Flames”), dropping DEI quotas from executive hiring, and returning focus to what actually matters: entertaining audiences, not lecturing them. Oh, and those absurd disclaimers on classics like Dumbo and Peter Pan? Gone.

Disney’s great DEI purge is a direct response to years of financial self-sabotage. Under Bob Iger’s second reign, the House of Mouse watched The Marvels crash and burn with a $237 million loss, Strange World bomb with a $197 million loss, and audiences flee from its insufferable woke preaching.

Let’s not forget, this is the same Disney that once trained employees to believe America was built on “systemic racism” and pushed a “not-at-all-secret gay agenda” in kids’ programming. Well, turns out, parents had a say in the matter—and they voted with their wallets.

The bottom line? Trump promised to end woke nonsense in corporate America, and here we are. DEI is dead at Disney, and the culture war scorecard just got another “W” for common sense.

So long, social justice Mickey—it’s time to bring back the magic.
