Rep. Crockett Mocks $5K Payout And Proves She’s WAY TOO Out Of Touch To Be In Congress!

Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett had the audacity to scoff at the idea of Americans getting a $5,000 dividend from budget cuts, saying, “We are not in the business of giving out money, & honestly, I don’t know what $5,000 will do for you.”

Oh, really, Jasmine? You don’t know what $5,000 will do for me? Well, buckle up, because I’m about to lay it out for you—starting with the fact that it’s approximately 500 two-for-$25 dinners at Applebee’s. That’s a LOT of Boneless Wings, Bourbon Street Chicken, and dollar margaritas.

It’s also rent money, car payments, daycare costs, groceries, and bills for millions of Americans who have been squeezed to death by the very policies her party defends. But please, tell us again how that’s just pocket change for you.

For someone who claims to fight for the people, Crockett sure sounds a lot like those out-of-touch elites who mock everyday Americans for wanting a break from the relentless financial squeeze they’ve been under. If this government can hemorrhage billions for foreign aid and pet projects, then excuse us for getting excited about finally seeing some of our hard-earned tax dollars come back to us.
