BREAKING: Supreme Court FREEZES Radical Ruling Against Trump—Here’s What’s Next

The Supreme Court just pumped the brakes on yet another activist judge trying to play commander-in-chief from the bench. Chief Justice John Roberts put an “administrative stay” on D.C. District Judge Amir Ali’s ruling, which would have forced President Donald Trump to cough up $2 billion in foreign aid that his administration wisely put on pause.

Let’s rewind: Two weeks ago, Judge Ali sided with a bunch of global health nonprofits who were shockedshocked, I tell you!—that Trump dared to take 90 days to actually review whether sending billions of taxpayer dollars overseas was in America’s best interest. Imagine that: a president who thinks before he spends! Naturally, the left threw a tantrum and ran to the courts, because when they can’t win at the ballot box, they try to win in the courtroom.

But this week, SCOTUS stepped in and said, not so fast. The stay doesn’t overturn Ali’s ruling (yet), but it does mean Trump isn’t forced to comply while the high court sorts out whether Ali’s judicial overreach holds up. Spoiler alert: it probably won’t.

And if you think this is an isolated incident, think again. The left has been waging lawfare against Trump since day one. His first term? He was hit with 64 nationwide injunctions—compared to a measly 14 for Joe Biden and 12 for Barack Obama. But sure, tell me again how the judiciary is totally neutral and not being weaponized against conservatives.

Thankfully, some House Republicans have had enough. They’ve introduced articles of impeachment against three of these left-wing judicial activists, including Judge Ali, calling them out for stomping all over the president’s Article II authority to conduct foreign policy. And Rep. Andy Ogles didn’t mince words when he took to X to remind everyone that Founding Father James Madison literally warned us about a judiciary that thinks it’s more powerful than the executive branch.

The good news? SCOTUS might finally be getting fed up with these power-hungry judges who think they can override the will of the people. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of a much-needed judicial reality check.
