Whoa Did Primetime TV Just Host A Christian Easter celebration? WE ARE SO BACK!

In the most shocking move Hollywood has made to date, the hit TV show American Idol aired an Easter Sunday special dedicated to Christian worship. Death is defeated, but so too is the modern culture war decided. There was a time in recent memory that a mainstream television show wouldn’t touch Christianity with a 10 foot pole let alone celebrate it directly and without feeling the need to shoehorn every other religion into its space. 

More so than simply featuring Christian music, all the marketing and social media surrounding the event was HIGHLY religious. Here is an X post from the official American Idol account saying that one of the contestants “worshipped” IN A GOOD WAY:
