Between Wicked and Snow White and the Evil Queen: What Mean Girl movie will reign in 2024?

Largely because of the long strikes from the writers and talent in Hollywood, 2023 was a bit lacking when it came to new content. Besides the sensation that was Barbenheimer and the incredible new Mission Impossible film, there wasn’t a ton of movies or TV to write home about with the exception of some continuations of already loved series. 

In 2024, there is a lot to be excited about. For one, following on the success of their comedy Lady Ballers, the Daily Wire will be releasing Snow White and The Evil Queen (under the Bentkey banner) sometime in 2024 ahead of Disney’s live action remake of Snow White which has been pushed to 2025. But movie fans can also expect Mean Girls, the musical retelling of the 2004 hit, and Wicked the movie version of the musical hit. And those are just the movies about villainous women! There’s loads more to come this year.
