KAMALA FAIL? Here’s Everyone Who Got MORE VIEWS On Call Her Daddy

In the wake of President Trump’s super successful podcast circuit including appearances on Theo Von, Logan Paul and Adin Ross’s respective shows. On YouTube alone, President Trump has amassed 13 million views on his sit down with Theo Von, 6.6 million views on Logan Paul’s show, and 2.6 million on Adin Ross’s interview with a total of just over 22 million views on YouTube with the various podcasts. For some perspective, Theo Von’s other high profile interviews usually have a little over 1.5 million views with Bernie Sanders performing particularly well with 2.5 million. Logan Paul’s videos normally have between 2 and 3 million views and Adin Ross’s videos range anywhere from 50k to 200k views regularly. 

Obviously and embarrassingly copying Trump’s strategy, Kamala decided to break her MO of ‘no interviews’ by going on the podcast ‘Call Her Daddy’ hosted by Alex Cooper. ‘Call Her Daddy’ is known as the podcast most listened to by women and, depending on the ranking outlet, is between 4th and 2nd for most listeners across all platforms. Despite this, Kamala Harris was unable to rake in the huge viewership numbers that Donald Trump brought in. Or anywhere close. So far on YouTube the interview has only gotten 390k views. While that number is likely to trend upward and overtime may even reach a million, it’s not going to come close to the 13 million President Trump hit with Theo Von or even the 2.6 million with Adin Ross. 

So if ‘Call Her Daddy’ is the second most popular podcast in the nation, what was the problem? Could it have been that viewers weren’t very interested in the guest? Here are all the people who got more views on ‘Call Her Daddy’ than Kamala Harris: 

1. JoJo Siwa the rebranded pop performer

JoJo Siwa has been on a ~journey~. Once known as a rainbow pop princess with giant bows, now JoJo wants to be seen as more ‘edgy.’ But mostly she’s been seen as pretty cringey or inauthentic. So you’d think Kamala Harris would perform more closely to JoJo considering their similarities.

2. Leah from Love Island

Love Island is a TV show where pretty people are placed on an island and couple up competition style until only one couple is left standing. Leah was a cast member on a recent season who had some particularly spicy drama. She is not the Vice President of any nation or running to be President of the United States. 

3. Rob from Love Island

Rob is also a reality show contestant from the same show as Leah, Love Island. Rob was made a season favorite with his overalls and country lifestyle and clearly these overalls are more interesting than whatever Kamala Harris has to say about killing babies.

4. Simone Biles from USA’s olympic gymnastics team

Simone Biles is a many time Olympic gold medalist and supremely interesting individual. It makes a lot of sense that she’d be more popular than Kamala Harris and she indeed is according to these numbers. 

5. Megan Fox of Transformers and Jennifer’s Body fame

Megan Fox is a beautiful woman with an iconic filmography. Her discussion of which parts of her body have been augmented was authentic and refreshing and engaged hundreds of thousands of viewers. Whether or not Megan Fox has had a nose job is about twice as interesting as Kamala Harris’s empty foreign policy plans. 

6. Camila Cabello the singer

Camila Cabello is a singer who used to be part of the group Fifth Harmony and now has several solo albums. Her latest, ‘C, XOXO’ released in summer 2024. Cabello has had plenty of hit songs but her on again/off again relationship with singer Shawn Mendez and how it crossed over his relationship with Sabrina Carpenter is what makes her so view worthy. Kamala may just sneak past these numbers for Camilla but a love triangle is tough for an unpopular Vice President to beat.
