BOOM: Trump Scores MASSIVE Supreme Court Win! Get the details

Pop the champagne and crank up God Bless the USA, because President Trump just scored another win—and this one is a doozy.
After months of legal gymnastics from an Obama-appointed judge (eye roll), the Supreme Court has finally restored order and common sense to our immigration system. The decision? President Trump can use the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport violent illegal alien gang members—and no, Judge Boasberg, you can’t stop him.
You may remember Judge James Boasberg, the D.C. drama king who thought he could tell the executive branch how to enforce immigration law. In March, he blocked Trump’s team from deporting Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang members—literal terrorists—and even demanded that planes mid-air turn around. (Can someone get this guy a globe and a copy of the Constitution?)
But yesterday, the Supreme Court swooped in, 5-4, and saved the day. Five justices (sorry, Amy, we’ll get to you in a minute) ruled that not only can Trump use the Alien Enemies Act to remove these criminals, but that the case shouldn’t even be in D.C. to begin with—it belongs in Texas, where law and order still means something.
Now about Amy Coney Barrett… girl, what’s going on? It’s starting to feel like we need a “liberal vote swear jar” with your name on it. First it was Arizona’s voter ID law, then the Trump trial delays, and now this? Please come back to the Federalist Society group chat. We miss you.
Still, no shade can dim the glow of this victory.
The Tren de Aragua gang—designated a foreign terrorist organization in February—isn’t just a law enforcement issue. It’s a national security crisis, one that Joe Biden let fester by keeping the border wide open and pretending all was fine. President Trump? He took one look and said: Not on my watch.
And now the highest court in the land has said, “Yes sir, carry on.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi nailed it in her response on X:
“Tonight’s decision is a landmark victory for the rule of law. An activist judge in Washington, DC does not have the jurisdiction to seize control of President Trump’s authority to conduct foreign policy and keep the American people safe.”
As for President Trump, he said it best on Truth Social:
“A GREAT DAY FOR JUSTICE IN AMERICA!”
Yes it is, Mr. President. Let’s hope the next flights out are one-way tickets for every violent criminal who snuck in under Biden and thought they could stay.
Justice has landed. And it’s wearing a MAGA hat.
