On Monday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart rejected the request by Biden’s shady Department of Justice to keep the Mar-a-Lago search warrant affidavit under wraps.
The judge stated, truthfully, that the government has the burden of proof to show why parts of the affidavit must be sealed. At this time, they have been unable to do that.
Reinhart weighed in on the importance of public approval here, saying “unsealing the Affidavit would promote public understanding of historically significant events. This factor weighs in favor of disclosure.”
