BREAKING: The SCOTUS Ruling That Says EVERYTHING You Need To Know About DC Swamp Culture

The DC Swamp creatures conducted a month-long investigation to figure out who leaked the draft of the Supreme Court’s opinion overturning Roe v Wade and guess what they found?

Nothing.

Despite having 82 suspects, they came up empty-handed. Shocking, I know.

This is actually insane, considering the severity of this issue.

Let’s back up a bit, shall we?

In May of 2022, Justice Sam Alito’s opinion was leaked almost two months before the court issued its ruling. It was CLEARLY politically motivated move to pressure the Justices to change their positions.

And what did it lead to? Death threats, protests outside Justice’s homes, and even an attempted assassination of Justice Kavanaugh and his family.

But we’re just going to settle for the idea that we will NEVER KNOW who is responsible for this???

The investigation found that more than 80 court employees had access to the draft opinion, but were “unable to identify a person responsible by a preponderance of the evidence.” Sure, sure, that’s believable. A few employees admitted to breaking confidentiality rules by “their spouse or partner about the draft Dobbs opinion and the vote count.”

But they just can’t figure out who to pin this on.

This sets a bad precedent, as Jonathan Turley, a prominent GOP legal analyst, pointed out on Twitter: “What is clear is that any hope for a deterrent on such unethical conduct has been dramatically reduced. Thus far, the culprit succeeded in not just leaking the opinion but evading detection.”

So, what happens now? The House Judiciary Committee says they plan to investigate the leak itself and find the same amount of nothing. The leaker will probably still be a mystery (to the public), and still be protected by the Swamp, and the entire government as we know it will probably continue to be a hot mess.
