The highly anticipated Durham Report has finally been released, shedding light on the lack of credible evidence implicating Trump in collusion with Russia during the 2016 election, prompting the FBI’s investigation into his campaign. However, disappointingly, it falls short of recommending any charges against those responsible for their wrongdoing.
The Durham Report unveils the findings of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s investigation, which commenced in 2019, aiming to expose the misconduct that led to the already discredited Russia/Trump collusion conspiracy.
Let us not forget that during the 2016 presidential election, the FBI initiated an inquiry into Trump’s alleged collusion with Russia, primarily based on opposition research funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

So, what did Durham actually reveal in this report? His investigation exposed that the FBI disregarded its own regulations, relying on “unverified intelligence” and failing to uphold “strict adherence to the law” throughout their probe.
Contrary to the fabricated claims, Durham found that the FBI possessed no information suggesting any contact between the Trump campaign and Russian intelligence officials at any point during the campaign.
Put simply: IT WAS ALL A LIE.
Moreover, Durham’s inquiry revealed a double standard within the FBI, as they neglected to approach the Trump campaign while offering briefings to the Clinton campaign and other candidates whenever foreign interference concerns arose.
Regarding the infamous Steele Dossier, Durham discovered that when the FBI received this opposition research (which was commissioned by Hillary to dig up dirt and link Trump to Russia), it was deemed “unvetted and unverified.” Yet, shockingly, the bureau still employed it to obtain a warrant for surveilling the Trump campaign.
In conclusion, “Our investigation determined that the Crossfire Hurricane investigators did not and could not corroborate any of the substantive allegations contained in the Steele reporting.”
Despite these egregious findings, the report fails to recommend any new charges against FBI officials, highlighting the challenges associated with bringing charges for even the most flagrant of misjudgments, as they may not necessarily constitute criminal acts.
President Trump promptly responded to the report through his platform, Truth Social, expressing his astonishment, “WOW! After extensive research, Special Counsel John Durham concludes the FBI never should have launched the Trump-Russia Probe! In other words, the American Public was scammed, just as it is being scammed right now by those who don’t want to see GREATNESS for AMERICA!”
The FBI responded to the report, stating, “FBI leadership already implemented dozens of corrective actions, which have now been in place for some time. Had those reforms been in place in 2016, the missteps identified in the report could have been prevented.”
However, Durham strongly disagrees with the FBI’s response. In his report, he explicitly states that implementing new rules would be futile if the FBI continues to ignore its core principles of “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity.”
In summary, due to the interference in the 2016 election by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee (DNC), President Trump endured over four years of incessant investigations and false narratives. The Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI actively worked against him and disregarded the will of the American people. Trump’s claims have been vindicated.
Representative Jim Jordan, the House Judiciary Committee chair, has invited Durham to testify in the upcoming week, aiming to delve deeper into the report’s implications.
